Shipping policy
All products are available to be shipped via USPS.
**NOTICE**
We prioritize safety in delivery and hence rely on USPS. In order to ensure the safe delivery of your orders, please receive your delivery in person and leave a signature as confirmation. We strongly recommend not to request your parcel to be delivered to your front door and without signature as ololla and USPS will not bear responsibilities from lost packages.
MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

*Please note that we can only look into packages that have been delivered within a month since the date of fulfillment, as we are not authorized to keep the shipping records of the customers for more than a month. Therefore, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can help you with this issue.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS
** Import duties and fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of South Korea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; ololla has no control over these charges, nor can ololla predict what they may be.
